Boxes in the 4X-series are training boxes setup on the grounds of the fire academy and are not hooked up to the Municipal Fire Alarm Box Circuits. However, the actual fire alarm protecting the complex are tied into the Municipal circuit and will trip Box 56, should there be an alarm condition. The diaphone at the tower is tied in to the training circuit and will sound when a box in the 4x series is pulled, but is not an alarm condition. Boxes are painted red, but have no markings on them.
